今年车展在新、老两个展馆举办，由于新展馆附近配套设施还很不齐全，老展馆附近酒店有限，参展单位很多。我学会作为承办方为参展人员在新、老展馆周边及市内东三环和东四环附近的二星级、三星级、四星级及五星级饭店已预留优惠价房源，为参展商提供食、宿、交通安排（详见附件1）。因为展会期间优惠房间数量有限，需大会安排的展团、单位和个人务必于4月10日前将回执（见附件2）传真到组委会会务组（学会），同时按照确认回执交纳订房预付款（大会将遵循先到先服务，交预付款保证住房的工作原则）。
