  SAE-China has long been engaged in popularizing automotive scientific & technical knowledge to the public. Through the colorful social activities such as publication of “Auto Fan” , opening of the website, organization of a series of contests like automotive knowledge contest, auto design contest and fuel saving challenge, more and more people are getting to know automobiles, recognize automobiles and love automobiles, which will lead reasonable consumption. Now “Auto knowledge Contest for Undergraduates” and “China Elite Contest of Auto Style Design” have become the branded projects of SAE-China.

  Along with the stepwise ascertain of auto society, auto culture has been formed. SAE-China plays its active role mainly in two aspects in fostering and construction of China auto culture. Firstly, build an auto culture environment. SAE-China advocates healthy and civilized auto culture through diversity ways and TV etc. SAE-China has participated in preparing the construction of Beijing Automobile Museum, organizing “Auto Culture Form” during Shanghai F1 Racing and sponsoring” Automotive Models Race” etc. Secondly, develop auto culture industry. SAE-China organizes a series of forums and other activities in auto service industries such as auto finance, insurance, leasing and second-hand vehicles business etc to extend the industrial chain.
