改革开放40周年,中国汽车产业不断发展壮大,中国汽车产品正在经历从量变到质变的重大转型。在这个过程中,各种技术路线和技术难点层出不穷。什么才是可靠性好、成本低的技术解决方案,各个企业均有自身不同的思考。

本时段会议将邀请汽车行业技术主管机构专家,解读汽车行业新技术趋势,分析政府层面对技术路线引导趋势。同时邀请国内整车制造商技术高管,对现阶段新常态下,中国汽车企业关注的关键技术展开对话和讨论。

This year marks the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening-up. As a result, China’s automotive industry keeps growing over the years, and China’s automotive products are undergoing a complete transformation. A succession of technology roadmaps and technical difficulties have emerged, and each company has its own different thinking regarding what technical solutions are the most reliable and cost-effective.

In this session, experts from technical authorities in automotive industry will interpret latest trends of automotive technologies and analyze policy influence on technology roadmaps. Technical senior management of domestic automakers will also be present, who will discuss and exchange views on automotive key technologies that are currently payed close attention to.

With the development of automotive industry, artistic, safe, environment-friendly and lightweight have become the current trends in automotive interiors and exteriors system. Under the condition of meeting the performance requirements, automotive interiors and exteriors materials are expected to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction by continuously reducing weight, to satisfy and attract more customers by constant innovation in automotive appearance.

Electrification is the future of automotive technology. It will enable automotive products to be more intelligent, quiet, smooth and increase powertrain’s efficiency. It will also provide passengers with safer driving experience.

 

 

车用雷达应用和技术展望(C)

Radar Technologies for Automotive 2018

车用雷达是驾驶辅助系统ADAS的重要组成部份,在智能网联汽车高速发展的背景下,更为全面提高道路交通安全奠定必要的基础。雷达在接收范围和角度分辨率方面不断改进,并且逐步实现设备小型化和降低成本。

汽车制造商需要在保证安全性和可靠性的前提下,寻找更高性价比,更好技术支持,更及时反馈的产品供应商,汽车产业将成为雷达技术发展的下一个长期推动力。

With the rapid development of intelligent connected vehicles, automotive Radar and LiDAR have become the integral part of ADAS, whose application have prepared ground for overall improvement of traffic safety. Performance of automotive Radar has been continuously improved in respect of receiving range and angular resolution, which has gradually achieved size miniaturization and cost optimization.

Automakers are searching for suppliers that are more cost-effective, have stronger technical support and quicker response, meanwhile ensuring product safety and reliability.

Digital Factory International Symposium

工厂数字化、信息化是企业通往智能制造的基础和发展阶段,在汽车行业数字化工厂的作用更为明显,企业能够对整个制造过程进行设计规划,虚拟仿真和工艺管理,并将制造信息及时与相关部门、供应商共享,从而实现虚拟制造和并行工程,保障生产的顺利进行。

2018数字化工厂国际研讨会将继续为国内外汽车制造业搭建国际交流的平台,围绕产品设计开发数字化、生产制造数字化、管理营销数字化等方面展开深入探讨,助力汽车行业智能制造发展,推进实施“中国制造2025”。

 

Factory digitization and informatization is the way to smart manufacturing, which plays a more important role in automotive industry. With the help of digital factory, enterprises are able to program the whole production process, conduct simulation and process management, and share information with relevant divisions and suppliers in time, thereby achieving virtual manufacturing and concurrent engineering to ensure a reliable production of vehicles.

Digital factory international symposium 2018 will continue to provide the platform for international automotive industry to exchange ideas and information.
